Abstract
IDC conducted the extensive IDC Datacenter Survey through Asia/Pacific in late 2021. The survey had a total of 505 respondents, and within the survey, 350 respondents classified themselves as datacenter businesses, 115 respondents as datacenter SPs, and 40 respondents as colocation providers. This IDC Survey Spotlight highlights the most important environmental, social, and regulatory factors that are currently affecting datacenters in Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) (APEJ). Also, this document provides insights on why datacenter organizations must consider monitoring their sustainable performance.
