This IDC study provides an overview of the Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) (APEJ) converged systems market and vendor performance during 3Q21. It discusses market trends and assesses surveys to understand how the adoption of converged systems has evolved. The advice and insights laid out in this study will help technology suppliers shape their marketing strategies to better educate enterprise customers on converged systems.

"There is no doubt that enterprises have stepped into COVID-19 pandemic recovery mode and started living with the COVID-19 pandemic. This has certainly geared up the adoption of digital infrastructure and next-generation applications, although pace varies across countries within APEJ," says Cynthia Ho, senior research manager, IDC Enterprise Servers Enterprise Server and Datacenter Research Group. "A converged system has become the critical digital infrastructure platform for enterprises to not only modernize their existing infrastructure environment to deploy new applications, including Internet of Things (IoT), edge, artificial intelligence (AI), and machine learning (ML), but also build an infrastructure environment for hybrid cloud adoption," she adds.
