Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight looks at how companies are approaching quantum-safe encryption implementation. In March 2024, IDC surveyed 619 organizations about their data security and privacy initiatives. Quantum-safe, or postquantum, encryption is an interesting topic because it protects important connections between data, devices, and users from being compromised by attacks using quantum computing.
