This IDC Survey Spotlight offers insights into the value of support contracts in keeping downtime out of datacenter environments. These assets include servers, storage, and networking.
In December of 2022, IDC surveyed 615 enterprises worldwide to understand the hours and cost incurred during planned and unplanned downtime of datacenter assets. In addition, we explored how they used support contracts and proactive services to prevent downtime.
