Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight highlights results from the following question posed to 1,500 respondents from companies with 1,000+ employees across 6 countries, and several major industries, as part of IDC's 2022 Managed CloudView Survey: "Please select the primary source which your company/organization would utilize to choose potential service providers (SPs) for managed cloud services." This IDC Survey Spotlight then assesses the impact of these preferences of enterprise sourcing decisions on the best strategies that managed SPs need to pursue to optimize future opportunities. This should be used in conjunction with the analysis from Managed CloudView 2022: Executive Summary (IDC #US48918422, September 2022).
