This IDC Survey Spotlight highlights results from the following question posed to 1,500 respondents from companies with 1,000+ employees across 6 countries, and several major industries, as part of IDC's 2022 Managed CloudView Survey: "Please select which approach your company/organization views as the preferable means of ensuring overall customer satisfaction with managed cloud services." This IDC Survey Spotlight then assesses the impact of these preferences with ensuring customer satisfaction on the investments that managed service providers (SPs) will need to make to ensure competitive advantage. This should be used in conjunction with the analysis from Managed CloudView 2022: Executive Summary (IDC #US48918422, September 2022).
