This IDC PeerScape offers guidance on navigating technical job titles and descriptions. Drawing on best practices identified by CIOs and CTOs from a diverse set of organizations, it identifies best practices for ensuring that technical role definitions remain relevant and in line with business needs, even though these needs and the technical job market constantly change.
