This IDC Survey presents the current and planned approaches of CIOs in Türkiye to digital transformation and related IT services engagements. The document offers high-level insights into these CIOs' IT services adoption priorities, external partner selection criteria, and preferred delivery models for technology projects.
The data derives from the Türkiye portion of IDC's Digital and IT Services Survey, 2023, conducted among organizations in the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa in March 2023. The Türkiye sample comprised 50 decision makers from organizations with 250+ employees.
