Abstract
This IDC Survey focuses on how digitally mature organizations across the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa (META) make infrastructure-related decisions. The document analyzes the results of IDC's Enterprise Infrastructure Survey, which polled 400 META-based enterprises across manufacturing, trade, finance, resource industries, and other verticals in January 2023.
The survey aimed to uncover sentiments and trends related to infrastructure budgets and placements, datacenter investments, observability platforms (e.g., Riverbed Alluvio, Cisco Thousand Eyes) operational efficiency improvement priorities, and flexible consumption models in the procurement of infrastructure building blocks. The survey also sought to identify how enterprises at different maturity levels approach these various aspects of IT infrastructure.
