Abstract
This IDC Market Note examines CamundaCon 2023, which took place in New York City on September 27–29. It was the first time this event has been held in North America. At the event, Camunda announced extended capabilities for its process orchestration platform to help customers accelerate and reach maturity in this area. Significant platform updates were announced, including AI-powered features throughout the platform, from design to improvement. Camunda addressed the scalability of automation from an organizational viewpoint, highlighting the importance of strong governance through an established COE.
