This IDC Survey Spotlight explores data from IDC's Future Entreprise Resiliency and Spending Survey published in March 2024, focusing on organizations in Western Europe and Central Europe. It examines the impact of generative AI (GenAI) in software quality, testing procedures and communication between IT and business, and business outcomes. Growing levels of acceptance of GenAI among organizations will elevate it in strategic discussions within organizations, pushing service providers to integrate it into their portfolios of application modernization services and adapt their services agreements.
