Abstract
This IDC Perspective is a case study on how to successfully adopt sustainability and embed environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies into business operations of a distributor/logistics provider/channel partner organization. This case study is about the sustainability journey of global IT SP Westcon–Comstor and how the company was able to quickly get its ESG program off the ground. This document analyzes Wetscon–Comstor's sustainability readiness and what it needs to do to improve its sustainability maturity as well as provides guidance on how other enterprises can replicate the success of this company.
